I am New York estate planning attorney Elihu Rose. For more than 30 years, I have been helping the distinguished families of Nassau County and Queens County plan for the future. I received my law degree from St. John’s University School of Law and hold an MBA from Columbia University. I am a Certified Public Accountant with experience in the taxation, accounting, and financial planning aspects of partnerships, limited liability companies (LLCs), charitable entities, trusts and estates. I am a member of the Estate Planning Council of Nassau County, the American Institute, and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.

In addition to estate planning, I also represent the fiduciaries (executors and trustees) of estates both simple and complex. While a comprehensive estate plan is the foundation for wealth transmission, even after death there may still be complicated issues involving valuation of business interests and estate taxation. I provide clients with peace of mind that the administration of their estate will be accomplished correctly and efficiently.
