Elihu I. Rose was admitted to the bar of the State of New York in 1969 and to practice before the United States Tax Court in 1969; the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit in 1991 and the United States Supreme Court in 1991.

Mr. Rose graduated from St. John's University School of Law in 1968. He holds A.B. and M.B.A. degrees from Columbia University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant with experience and competence in all taxation, accounting, and financial planning aspects of trust and estate administration.

He is a member of several well recognized professional groups, including the American, New York State and Nassau County Bar Associations, the Estate Planning Council of Nassau County, and the American Institute and New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.

He has lectured at Hofstra University School of Continuing Education, served as Chair for the New York State Bar Association's Seminar on drafting documents for the close corporation and lectured at the Nassau Academy of law.
